By bike
In Bruges you reach your destination fastest by bike. There is ample bicycle parking on site.
By bus
Bus 2 ("P&R Coiseaukaai") runs from the station to the Grootseminarie. Get off at the "Sabbestraat" stop.
By car
From the E40 or the Bruges ring road: take the "Brugge Centrum" exit and follow signs for Dampoort. The Grootseminarie is on the Potterierei, by the water.
Parking
There is a car park on site with a capacity of 39 cars. Please note that a number of spaces are reserved. The inner courtyard and a green parking strip by the meadow offer additional parking. In total, around 80 cars can be parked.
If you wish to park in Bruges city centre, paid parking applies between 9.00 am and 8.00 pm (min. 30 minutes and max. 4 hours). Parking in Bruges city centre – brugge.be ↗

Which rooms are available and for how many people?
We offer 9 rooms, from an intimate meeting room for 8 people to a fully equipped auditorium for 140 people or a multipurpose hall for 160 people. See the full overview on our rooms page.
Can I hire for half a day or a full day?
Yes, you can choose between a half day or a full day. Prices vary per room and per duration. You can easily calculate this in our booking tool.
May I bring my own catering?
No, bringing or providing your own catering is not permitted. We offer an extensive catering range – from coffee and sandwiches to hot meals and receptions. See the options on our catering page.
Is a projector or screen available?
The auditorium (C01) comes with a fixed projector as standard and meeting room C03 has a large TV screen. For the other rooms you can hire a projector with projection screen. This can be arranged via the booking tool.
What about parking?
There is a car park on site with 39 spaces. In addition, the inner courtyard and a green parking strip provide extra room – in total around 80 cars can be parked. In Bruges city centre, paid parking applies between 9.00 am and 8.00 pm.
Is the building accessible for wheelchair users?
The ground-floor rooms (C01, C02, C03, C04) are accessible without stairs. There is no lift in the building, so the rooms on the first floor (C11 – C15) are not wheelchair accessible.
How do I reach the Grootseminarie?
The Grootseminarie is located at Potterierei 72 in Bruges. By bike there is ample bicycle parking on site. By bus, take line 2 "P&R Coiseaukaai" from the station (Sabbestraat stop). By car: from the E40 or ring road, take the "Brugge Centrum" exit towards Dampoort.
